NO BAGS? NO BOXES? Close the store then.

Yesterday I went to purchase a necklace from the jewellery section of your Highveld Mall branch store, guess what? They don't have boxes for the necklaces. This is now the second time that this is the issue. And upon payment, guess what? No plastic bags. Now I am told to go to the jeweller outside to buy a box for the necklace, and am then forced to pay R1 for the paper bag in store?! GET YOUR STORES IN ORDER! Edgars fate will soon become yours if things continue like this.
