NEW UNUSED DEVICE FOR REPAIRS

On Thursday the 15th May 2025, I bought myself a Samsung A26 on credit using my account at Vincent Park Truworths in East London, the sales consultant explained everything concerning the device except inserting the sim into the device. I went home and when I was trying to use the pin to open the sim card slot, it seemed like it was sealed infact there was nothing happening when I tried opening the slot. I skipped the weekend and went back to the shop and reported the problem on Monday the 19th May 2025 and I was later told about a physical damage of which they will take the new device for repairs at my expense. Bear in mind I hadn't used the phone as I couldn't open it to insert their sim and mine. The only thing I did was to charge it for the 8 hours as mentioned for all first time devices charging time
