New online store utterly annoying

New website useless *******. Reset password website worked fine even sent my statements from website .next day tried to log in the website said incorrect password or email eventhough my iphone saved it automatically 🤬 then i reset password with the forgot password as per your email. Well now it says create online profile (i have one 🤬) then when i save it it says online profile already exists. So you cant log in and you cant reset a password .Like seriously get your website working people. Search dresses random stuff even identity girls items etc pop up. Filter from newest it doesn’t show from newest just random old sale stuff.
