NEVER USE TRUWORTH DELIVERY
This is the second time I have ordered online with Truworths and yet again the service is unbelievably poor!
Delivery is suppose to take between 3-5 working days, we are on day 7 and yet no delivery. I have phoned the online shopping department and they do not even bother picking up their phone. I phone the delivery company and they send me from pillar to post to try and find someone who can help me.
Truworths it is 2019, your online shopping department must be of the worst around. Even "lower quality" stores have better online service than you.
When I eventually get through to someone they simply say you have to keep trying the online department until they eventually pick up. The whole purpose of shopping online is to make it quick and simple.
Yet Truworths you send me a updated statement and amount due at month end before you even bother to deliver my parcel!
