NEVER EVER TRUST TRUWORTHS

I closed my Truworths account a year ago paid all outstanding fees and closed it but it still appears, I can’t get credit because of them today I went to their branch I was told that they were offline I waited and the lady checked for me she said the person that was helping me close the account didn’t call for the account to close, so I’m suffering because of their workers negligence, this is very unfair I’m a single mother trying to provide for my kids. I will advise everyone I know to never make a mistake of opening an account with Truworths they are ********s who are negligent
