Never-Ending Calls Regarding Fikile Nzimande
I am constantly receiving calls from Truworths (Credit Control Department, I think) looking for a Fikile Nzimande and each time I explain that I do not know who this person is, the agent/consultant tells me that they will remove my number from their records but this never happens. I am really getting tired of this as it is happening constantly. I would really appreciate not receiving any further calls from the store and hopefully they will remove my number from Fikile's contact details.

We will however be conducting a further investigation into this matter and have requested that should you receive any calls in the interim, for you to obtain the account reference number. We have also in the interim manually opted out your cellphone number on our system.
