Never buy online at Truworths

Never buy anything online at Truworths ,I bought online and due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to go and collect the parcel myself so I sent my sister giving her my id and permission letter but they told her they can’t give her my parcel I had to come collect on my own ,Truworths Tzaneen mall staff is just useless no help at all
