Never buy from any truworths group

My baby daddy bought some tekkie at Earth Child on Monday sadly the tekkie is way big looks like a big cut.. Anyways so I reached out to truworths because they are the closet to find out if they can return it for me and I get a refund and buy someone where else as there's no stock of what I want..

And I wanna the tekkie someone where else, I got the slip, the tag is still there but the card my baby daddy bought with is not with me, as he went to Pretoria on Monday night..

They saying I can't get a cash refund so I suggested they put the refund into my card, thy said I can't the card needs to be present

But on their slip it says "I must have the original proof of purchase slip, item must not be used etc etc" so I am very confused because even the card they want to use its a debit card it's not gonna go through they will end up giving us cash.. So now I must make my baby daddy come all the way here just for a refund.. The tekkie is for my daughter for Christmas and her father is only coming back on the 22nd of December..

I am definitely never buying from any of the truworths group and I won't suggest any one does.
