Negligence and incompetence at it's best.

I was checking my clear score yesterday on the 27-11-2023 when i realised that there was a truworths account opened with my details and the person was on on a shopping spree ,today I rushed to truworths to report the matter and find out how did it happen they said they'll assist me by calling the ***** line where i spoke toa lady who said they'll investigate the matter but in the meantime I need to complete the declaration form that she's going to send and she never did and now I want to know how did they authorise an account opening without my consent, where did the person get my details and what is going to happen afterwards ,but their sense of urgency is very poor how do they allow such inconvenience to people, I need this case resolved with the utmost urgency they can provide as I cannot suffer because of their incompetence. I am still waiting for the declaration form and it a declaration form takes the whole day to be sent how long is the resolving and investigation take. No reference number given to show that they took my concern seriously where is the emphathy to people who are affected just like me.
