Negligence

I was at Truworths Tygervalley with my husband on Saturday, as i walk to the counter with him to pay for his clothes, i tramped in one of the Anti-theft clothing PINS that were laying on the floor, It went straight through my shoe into my foot, The cashiers behind the desk failed to acknowledge it after i complained and threw it across the counter after removing it from my heel, As I am irritably walking away at the ignorance of the staff members i step back and tramp in another one!! At this point i am boiling with anger! i took it out my heel again! And threw it over the counter again! and i told them that people will get hurt here as i already did twice!! this is just pure negligence from Truworths, I wont go back to the one in Tyger valley again, I understand mistakes happen but seriously? no remorse? no apology? no one even came to check if there are any more laying on the ground!! They failed to even acknowledge what happened!
