Negative credit rating effecting my credit score , I want my profile to be updated urgently

Good day, I have noted that my credit profile reflects my Truworths account as being in arrears, which is incorrect. Please find attached the latest statement issued on 3 April 2026, indicating that payment is only due on 2 May 2026. I kindly request that my account be updated accordingly, as this incorrect negative listing is adversely affecting my credit score.
