My order was not re captured after cancellation

On the 07 September 2025 I created two orders online, the 1st 1 with 11 parcel our and the 2nd 1 with 6 parcel. So in the morning around 8 I saw 1 missed call from Truworths. Then the message came in says order number 2 cancelled. I contacted the number back *** to find out its ***** team, they assited me to do the verification check as i asked why my order was cancelled, they advised that they could not reach me, I ask if it will be reintated , the lady said yes but i need to call this number ***. After speaking to her I contacted the number and the guy who was assisting me he advised me that other shoes are not available I will only get the following 2 which is Navy Vulcanised Sneakers (R299.00) and Beige Runner Sneakers (R320.00). I was fine with it. Friday i receive the small saying the order is ready for order number 2, o*** number. I went to store they told me the order is not there. I used whats number to check, they advised that order is cancelled due to verification not done, I was surprised as I have contacted both department, I was told verification is done as I have received my 1st parcel, why the 2nd one is not. The agent who advise me that I will get my 2 Sneakers failed to fix my problem. Calls are recorded please go listen it and give me feedback. Am not happy at all.
