My name is Hulisani Ratshikhopha contact *** I bought a watch for R5000 on account at Truworths Westgate mall in Johannesburg the watch never worked or i never wore the the watch, so i returned tje watch and i was told it cant be changed since the 14 days had passed, i was told it will be taken for repairs, this was on the 25/04/2024. I have been to the store twice after that and was told the watch is not back and tgey can't get hold of the department fixing the watch.
