My life got stuck by truworths even if i am no longer owing them

I am experiencing wost services with Truworths. I had an account that I settled and requested to close. I was promised that it shall be sent for updates within 21 days. I had been waiting close to three months and my account still not update with the credit beruars and my life is stuck by them. No one is willing to take accountability.
