My Khoisan Culture been insulted

Buying a coat during the end of winter ie.end of July 2022 seems not to be a good idea when it comes to truworths I spotted one of the buttons off , of which I reported to The secunda truworths where I opened an account. The lady whom I reported informed me that I will be able to take for a replacement at any Truworths branch country wide. So being in Kimberly in the weekend of 03/September 2022,I found ideal and rushed of to the shop in question The sales lady informed me that I will not be helped that day and that she would give me a call the Monday 05/09/2022. I told her that I will be traveling to Johannesburg the Sunday night to arrive at my house the following day, Monday We had a mutual agreement I received the promised call, but very disappointed one because I was told that this coat was old, dirty and full of hair That the reasons from her that the button could not be fixed I am in possession of the proof of the coat been received by them Truworths cannot take my money while they sold a damaged coat to me Now they want force me to keep a damaged coat which was not my fault. This branch manager refused to tell me her name, instead she found it good to insult me , my character, my Khoisan culture has been insulted by this woman called area manager
