My ITC record still show my account is opened.
I had some issues with my truworths account where I was not able to pay because I was studying, when I started working I also started paying for my account which was handed over to lawyers, Last months I Paid the full amount of my account and faxed the paid up letter which they requested for them to close my account and remove me from ITC. Since then When I call the truworth call centre they still tell me that my account is still showing not fully paid. I want them to remove me from ITC or if they can't remove me now, please let them update it so it shows that I paid the full amount.

We were informed that no paid up letter was not received, by them, therefore no update instruction was submitted to the credit bureau.
