My experience at Truworths Musgrave

<p>I was in Durban on business. After lunch I entered Truworths in Musgrave centre. I was attracted to the brilliant displays in the watches department. I noticed a lady on a ladder in that department and she may have seen my reflection for her to have turned around and immediately descended from the ladder and greeted me with great warmth, enthusiasm and professionalism. I was truely overwhelmed as we don't see these business s****s often. Her business approach and efficient response prompted me to ask her name which she said was Jayshree. I told her that apart from receiving undivided attention from her, she conducted herself in an impeccable manner that would even tempt me to recruit her in my corporate company. She smiled. I told her that I have never seen such an outstanding display of watches and jewellery in any other store that can compare to this Truworths store. She smiled once more and cheerfully said thank you kindly. Jayshree asked me if I was a regular shopper at Truworths and I rep**** yes. She then asked me if I was a Truworths account holder. I said no, as I prefer to use cash or my cheque card. Jayshree then advised me of the advantages of being a Truworths account holder. She was convincing and without hesitation I decided to open an account. This lady is highly skilful, dedicated and in my opinion an asset to Truworths. Her customer service was impeccable and her conduct and attitude surely deserves a mention. Jayshree's professionalism, enthusiasm, attitude and business s****s has to be applauded and I, as a businessman has now become a Truworths account holder.
