My cash back enquiry
I over paid my account with 1.5k they promise to pay back my money from April until now nothing I received now I want to close my account they said is not possible because of my money that I paid.

We have reviewed your account and established that you app**** for Debt Review in April 2015 and your Truworths account is therefore being administered by Debt Safe on your behalf.
We escalated this matter to our Legal Department for further assistance. We were informed that the amounts received on 31 March and 02 April 2015, were paid by you and not Debt Safe. However, as your account was under Dept Review; our Call Center Consultants could not authorize the refund of this amount and therefore advised you to obtain a cancellation letter.
We confirm that we have been in contact with you in this regard and were able to satisfactorily resolve this matter for you.
