MY BAD EXPERIENCE AT TRUWORTHS LIBERTY MALL

Good morning I have been a True Royal Customer at Truworths for the last 40 years. I did not really want to write this but my loyalty got the better of me. A month ago at Truworths Liberty Mall Pietermaritzburg,I went in to yet again look for a pencil at a cosmetic house, this was the third time I did that and I was promised that they would order this for me, yet again this was not ordered. I was told to maybe try another store, the point is I do not want to try another store that I want to shop! I was shrugged off and I did try another store who was friendly helpful and had stock. I will not go back there and I will with a sore heart close my account and go where people are nice and not tell me to go to another store. Thank yu
