my account wasclosed without my concern
just went to truworths in flora centre florida asked one of the lady there to check my instalment for this month she told me that my account its closed for what as didnt give consent i dont know. she told me i owe something like R948. sumthing and my monthly installment its R480 sumthing and dont understand why my stalment must be that higher while paid R1900.00 i have been owing you thousands of rands but must instalment was less than the one got from this lady in flora centre can some one call me and tell me why my account has been closed without my consent and am not worried about you closing my account what i need to know is why my instalment its to high can only afford to pay 250 this month that is why last month a paid enough money so that my instalment goes down this month your urgent feedback will be highly appriciated
