my account has been debitted 5 times for truworths
I went to pay my truworths acc on 25/1/15, I swiped my absa card for R579.68.

There after I noticed funds missing.

I went to absa and they gave me a list of transactions from truworth.

4 times money was taken from my account. Once was rejected and once was my payment the other two I do not know.

Truworths refunded me for the two extra payments.

Today 7/1/15 a journal debit went off my account for the exact amount.

What the heck is going on? I have bills to pay. And I called truworths to be told its not their problem I must contact std bank? This is *******! I will not pay the rest of my account until I am refunded and given a very good explanation.
