My account

I have been trying to get my account out of your dent review department without success, I have explained to your employees that the Debt counsellor who put my account is no longer practicing and is nowhere to be found so I cannot furnish you with a letter that my account is paid up and that im no longer in debt review.My account has been paid up for the past five years and would like access to it. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
