Multiple Calls everyday from UNMANNED Truworths Customer Care phone number ***
<p>I keep getting multiple calls everyday from the phone number ********** 066. When I answer, there is<br />no-one on the other side!? Last night I received multiple calls as late at 19:25, which is really unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>The number belongs to the Truworths Customer Care phone number.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please stop!</p>

As part of a strategy to improve the service we offer our customers you were selected for a survey on customer service experience. Once the call is answered the customer should immediately be connected to an agent to do the survey.
We escalated this matter to the relevant Call Centre management team to investigate. Whilst they could not detect any error that occurred with the calls generated for you, they are liaising with our system developers to conduct a further investigation. Our intention with processing these calls is not to aggravate or upset our customers and we regret that due to your experience it was received in this manner.
Subsequent to your post we have unsubscribed you for any further calls of this nature being generated for you.
We regret that we were unable to reach you on the number provided in your post and trust that we were able to satisfactorily clarify and resolve this matter with our response. We further sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration caused as result of this matter.

Thank you for the reply and sorting out the issue - I really do appreciate it.
I am not sure why the call did not go through, however each time I answered the phone, nothing could be heard on the other side, which was very frustrating for me, especially when it happened half a dozen times in a day.
