Mtn phone

I bought C30 mtn Nokia at Lephalale TRUWORTHS mall dd 2021-12-04 only to be assisted by traininee, As truworth Lephalale dsnt have any staff trained to sell phone yet mtn put phones to be sold to customers.i then took a phone that was never Rica from store as a gift to my husband who resides in Nigeria to date phone dsnt work no one is willing to assist me with it yet am paying instalment while my husband cannot even use the phone.if you skip 2 days of payment 100 consultant will remind, even threaten you of bad record but when you have query no one is willing to assist.To date I am taken from pillar to post ,store blame mtn while mtn blames store.Store only attempt to phone Nomvula from merlin store who they say is their broke keeps on lying everything claiming she is phoning me and am not answering my call.Store itself when I'm there they act to attend me when I leave they forget about my query.So how can I be expected to sit with a phone that dsnt work for 12 month while paying for an error that I didn't commit.The phone currently sits in Nigeria with my husband they tried all avenue for it to work which it says it needs lock code which no one have a clue where must we get it I can only travel to Nigeria again to bring back the phone in June which am even told man dsnt take phones back if they sell a phone is done nothing else am expected to sit with a crisis without resolution.
