I bought a 2 piece skirt and top for my wife's birthday.....I lost the receipt when I wanted do exchange it they denied me exchanging for a different size even if the size was not the I denied even if I wanted samthng at the same value as I bought....I went to truworths cresta I got the guy the he sad his the manager....I tried explaining to the guy still he denied am really disappointed at this point cos everything it's still intact the clothes has never been warn.....it's like a have wasted I 1000 rands...am very very much disappointed at truworths customer service it's very poor
