MONTHLY INSTALLMENT

I have a problem with truworths,they handed over my account to Blakes & Associates whereby I was given time to pay till the 03rd of September as i was ready to pay I was not allowed because they handed over my account without even reaching that day of the 03rd as agreed,is this even allowed? I am hurt by this bevause it will ruin my ITC.
