Money debited but no confirmation

I made a purchase online around 14:30 yesterday ,went to check out, put in my banking details, the payment went through but it was busy processing saying please wait. It eventually timed out but I didn't get any sms or email notification. The Amount was R170.00 using Capitec. I managed to see the order number as it was processing which was o***. I bought 2 items and they were to be collected in store. Till today I haven't received any feedback and the items I ordered were on sale. This is the first time I'm using your online shop and I experience this... I'm not pleased at all. The person I spoke said I must send proof which I did but no response.
