Miway what a joke

<p>Miway offers no correspondence with the client when they adjust the yearly premium by 15%in a country that doesnt grow. They dont respond to messages left and when i finally got hold of a consultant on the phone after holding for 15minutes he says his computer is slow and will immediately get back to me, assuring me he has my contact details....obviously im still waiting....just imagine one has a claim how the service will be...incredible....it seems they dont record conversations as it is their way.</p>
