Mistreatment and uninformative!
I have an account with Truworths which slipped into arrears. I received a call from MBD advising me that I need to pay R250 for 3 months and thereafter my account would go back to the store. I agreed for them to debit my account for 3 months. Nowhere in these conversations was I ever advised of paying them their fees or that I was going to be paying the entire account off. They *******ly debited my account in total R2250 was paid, which was my entire balance for Truworths! Mbd continues to harass me for fees, why should I be liable Truworths? Being your customer I must still pay these exorbitant fees, after numerous calls they kept telling me I couldn't cancel my debit order and that Truworths handed me to them. Is this the way that you treat your clients? You will see that I have paid well more than I owe and I am still being harassed by them. Please do something. I do not owe you guys money, I do not receive any statements. I am getting fed up with you guys now!
