Mistreated by staff member that said she was intructed by head office

Trueworth Tzaneen mall LTD KIDS, ON the w1st November 2025, i went together with my mom to buy cloths for my kids, one of the staff members asked if we had an account , i rep**** no we dont have, she said i can help you open one if you would love to, myself i said no i dont want it, then my mom agreed they went ahead and opened the account, my mom qualified for 10 000 credit, we went ahead and took clothes for kids worth R4200, my mom requested for an additional card for myself, they called head office thereafter the unswer was she cant hv additional card, we then left the store with what we purchased to pick n pay, a staff member came running after us and said head office called they said its a frod my mom she's a pensioner she cant have the account, clothes dey said i must chase after you guys, take the clothes and close this account, she was shouting at us as if we stole, she further called a security and we were escorted 😭😭people looking at us as if we are *******, my mom suger level went up as a result she is admitted, if she didn't qualify why the account was processed? Why they gave us the account and took it back before my mom faild to pay but already judged, why this hush treatment? In the mist of people ?Lethie Lubisi ***
