Mistreated

On Wednesday the 30 June I went like every month to pay my bill to three river square Truworths in Three Rivers. I'm a very high allergic level so I took my own sanitizer with 70% alcohol spray with me to sanitise my hands before enter a mall and then every shop I enter. From the pandemic started last year I go to the same mall to pay my truworths acc, the quard stop me after i sanitise my hands infront of him he said I'm not allowed to enter his shop if I don't use there spray sanitizer. I was so confused but I told him about my allergic and I show my bottel sanitizer to him with everything written on the bottle, but he still refused me I ask him to call the manager so he did. The manager came I told him the story he said I'm not allowed in there shop if I don't use there sanitizer, I said to him how do I know what in in there sanitizer so he took papers out in the bottom of the table I said but nothing is on the bottel.....but long story he still refused me in his shop. I then said to the manager I'm going to make a complain against them I need his name contact nr for shop he gave it to me, so I left. I spend my Diesel from where I'm staying on the farm 40km to pay my bill but I was refused. I contacted the help line when I arrived back and spoke to a Marchell very polight and told him the story he appiligise for the poor manager at Truworths and make a complaint against him with ref nr 86685 and he said it will take 48hours they will come back to me, today is the 6th of July with no reply.
