Missing payment

I have never missed monthly payments on the truworths account. Due to the lockdown I sent the monthly payment via EFT. Now I have been told I missed a payment. I have been calling and each time I talk to a different person with no help even the supervisors are Useless. I have been sending proof of payments as the have requested but never got any help. They only say due to lockdown some payments are no reflecting especially from Capitec Bank. But they still have the nerve to have their lawyers call me and tell me my account is in arrears. I regret opening a Truworths account and I will never do that mistake again. I want to close the account but the money I paid via EFT is still no reflecting. Truworths account is a ****.
