Missing payment

Pathetic service from Truworths Cresta Mall.

I made a payment on 02/08/2024 in-store for my account, the next week I kept receiving calls and sms's from debt collectors claiming that they had not received my payment. I went to the store 3 times to inquire. on 08/08/24 Mr D (manager) assisted me and promised that the issue would be resolved by the following Tuesday. I went back on Thursday, he was nowhere to be found. They took my contact and promised that he would call me back and he never did, till today my issue has not yet been resolved. Can someone please assist as soon as possible? I am very unhappy and disappointed in the staff at Cresta Mall. My biggest worry is my credit record and the call fees.
