misleading customers
I chose a garment which had 2 attached to 1 hanger, when i got to the counter the teller scaned it twice, when asking the teller why,he said they are 2 separate items, the person incharge of the department (Bimla) was really arrogant ,did not apologise and passed the buck onto the person packing and after telling her that its misleading customers she became sarcastic,the manager of the store did nothing to rectify the issue aswell

We acknowledge your frustration regarding the incident mentioned in your post.
Upon receipt of your post, we liaised with the Store and Area Manager of the mentioned store. We were informed that whilst the garments were attached on one hanger it was two different sizes and had two separate price tags which indicated the prices for each garment. The store is unable to confirm how these garments were attached on one hanger as the rest of the garments were all singularly packed.
This being said, we were informed that there was a separate twin pack similar to the ones mentioned in your post; marked with one price tag.
We confirm that we have contacted you in this regard and regret that you were not happy with the feedback pertaining to your query.
We do however trust that we have adequately attended to your concerns.
