Truworths needs to check what other companies are doing.

-Truworths has an online purchase option but you cant buy gift card.. Other companies can.. -Truworths doesnt allow you to exchange something bought for you regardless of all slips you have, They apparently want an account holder to do exchanges.. They can allow u to make a purchase while u r out of the country and they will deliver item within SA but pray the item fit or else the person wont exchange it!!! I mean with other companies you are allowed to exchange with something of the same price or go beyond and pay difference..with Truworths ooops not posible. Imagine going out of the country for over a month! These people are behaving like ametures!! The TFG group And other groups have an option also of request the collection of whatever you wanna return, with Truworths its a no no..

So Truworths, if I cant purchase gift card online, but u do online transactions, why do you allow people to buy?? Mind you, this is the same company where They couldnt even sell me a gift card in their branch in Kempton park late last year..Because the manager wanted to push their sales and she knew gift card purchase dont count for the store daily sales!!!.

YOU WILL NEVER FIND SUCH THINGS WITH OTHER GROUPS!! NEVER!! SO I WONT BE SURPRISED WAKING UP ONE DAY TO HEAR THAT THE COMPANY HAD CLOSED DOWN...
