MEMORABLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT TRUWORTHS JABULANI MALL

I have been a customer at Truworths since 1993, I have been to most Truworths shops in and around Gauteng and consistently their service and customer service has been excellent. But in recent years due to convenience with regard to proximity, I have made Jabulani Mall Truworths my choice for shopping and I have no regrets.

I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service that sometimes goes beyond the call of duty, their staff in its entirety, from salespeople to security, is just marvelous,ever smiling and ready to assist. In moments of indecisiveness, on three occasions, while shopping for important functions ,a number of salespeople in the shop offered unsolicited advice from different viewpoints that made my final choice easy and that proved to be a masterstroke. Even online purchases are just a breeze,everything is efficient.

The atmosphere in the shop is inviting for one to indulge in the latest fashion without prying suspicious eyes in the background. I wish to commend the management and general staff for doing such a sterling job in ensuring that Truworths Jabulani Mall offers the people of Soweto such a memorable shopping experience.
