Greetings
Dear Sirs/Madam
Trust you are well.
Have been sold a six month interest free account hence my account is fully paid up.
Have not subscribed for any card protection nor was I informed of these unknown hidden charges.
Will not be able to afford any additional charges at this time whilst my account was six months interest free and was paid up to date within five months.
Please close the account which was only for six months which was sold to me by the store only six months not for a year.

However, I must express my concern that when I called your customer service, I was unable to obtain a copy of the unknown yearly charges debited to my account to date.I had requested the closure of my account last year, at which point my account was fully paid up. Subsequently, I noticed the unexpected charges and have sought the expertise of the ombudsman regarding this matter.It is concerning that despite multiple calls to your call center and a visit to your branch, I have yet to receive any relevant information regarding these charges. Furthermore, it seems inappropriate for payments to be enforced without providing the consumer with adequate details, including the absence of a signed contract stating any annual charges.
