I wanted to buy a MAC foundation that costs R650 instead the lady working there named Zinhle took the one for R350 and purchased then gave me the MAC foundation for R650 of which on the slip it’s written R350 then she proceeded to take my R650 and gave me her number and said if I want to exchange I must call her first to check her availability, I’ve tried reporting to the manager I gave her time today I got back to her and she said the case has been closed by the head office because the lady told them that I’m her regular customer of which that’s a lie it was my first time meeting her and since I’m the complainant I fail to understand why didn’t they involve me in this case other than closing the case without me Truworths Highveld mall I’m so disappointed
