MBD HARASSMENT

I am being constantly harassed by Truworths and MBD for months. I have not used my account once. I have been to a store and tried to get this matter resolved but it has not. It's been more than 6 months. If I do not stop getting calls and SMSs about other peoples accounts on my numbers, I am going to close my account and seek legal action
