Many thanks for my Police watch

Good evening. I finally have my Police watch I so desperately wanted. The icing on the cake is that I have it in time for my birthday. A big shout out to Susan from Truworths Clearwater who intervened when she received my escalation of the issue via the contact option on the website because oddly, I couldn't find it at the store. She outsourced it for me & made prior arrangements that I collect it at the store when it was delivered. I was actually hoping for this, thank goodness it happened the way I thought it would. What's fantastic about this whole experience is the fact that I bought it on special as it was when I initially saw it online. I just wanted to send her a note of appreciation for an amazing service she offered me, I'm a happy customer again. She kept me in the loop from the beginning till the end. It would have been good to see her in person but Phiona was there to welcome me & assisted accordingly, thank you to her as well. I will see you again soon for more shopping, that's for sure.
