MANANGERS LIKE WALTER DESERVE MORE RECOGNITION I THANK HIM

Firstly a big thanks to the Area Manager Walter for following up highly appreciated... Moving to the store manager from Protea Gardens from the first day visited the store to resolving my complaint excellent service and she deserves to be rewarded as she goes an extra mile.. lastly very cool and friendly till operator(Busi) was expecting the worst she just referred me to the relevant people who tried to be difficult as cool as I was I told ithe dress t's still need to be taken (don't know where for further assessment) that I will not take hence I went straight to this platform for best results... After so many referrals lady of the moment finally came and wanted to refuse but I had my ducks on line.. Why must we suffer in the hands of the ones who are suppose to give us good service??? My query was resolved a big thanks to The Area Manager, Protea Gardens Mall Manager , Busi and The Church STREET STORE MANANGER.
