Manager refuses to sell me a top that was discounted and decided to keep it for herself. She insisted I pay full price for the top marked discount, even if it was a staff error!

I was blatantly refused a shirt that was on sale yesterday from Truworths-Sandton mall. Although it had a price tag with the discounted price, the manager rudely stated that it was not on sale. How come I asked? The answer was actually shameless, apparently their staff had made a mistake and I , as the client ,could not receive the top on the discounted rate due to that. What did not make sense to be at that time was a joke to the truworths manager and the cashiers, saying that she knows that I their fault as they do get busy , but although it's just like the others with the red sticker ,with the reduced price, it's just not for sale! I was then in shock and took out pictures of her ,holding the top and looking directly at me saying that there's nothing I can do and that I must pay the full price! For something that is on sale, I asked and there's the only size left! But I was refused. This is pure deception and this manager needs to be dealt with, firstly for being so rude and secondly for tarnishing truworths name brand, as it is a new Account and now, I don't even want it anymore due to my experience, and in Sandton mall of all malls, it's an absolute disgrace! Managers like this take advantage of clients like me and probably take the top on the discounted rate for themselves, its pathetic that this is the service that I got from truworths Sandton. I am truly a disappointed customer who could not buy the top that she wanted because the manager decided to keep it for herself and not sell it to me at the discounted price ,like all the other tops that were in the discounted section.
