manager refused to credit my damaged item
I purchased a shirt in January from the uzzi store in pavillion and after 1 wash the button fell off ,stitches were opening under the arm and a button hole was stretched. I went to the store yesterday 18/02 and the manager refused to take back the shirt he said there is nothing wrong with it and he was so ******** about it. I am totally ****ed off about this as this short is almost R500 and I only used it once seems like this store gives excellent service when customers are purchasing but there is no after service
