Mallika Jacobs

I made payment via EFT in May and I paid extra towards my account - monies were not allocated - I was still getting harassed by calls, sms and so many different departments .... I even went to the store in Ballito Junction to which the manager opted to help me but did not follow through 100% - It was back and forth until today. I called in today after 2 different sms's and spoke to Mallika Jacobs who seems to be the most helpful person i have dealt with all this time and from all the consultants I spoke with so far.
