Make up gone wrong
I bought a foundation by Estee Lauder at Truworths Menlyn I was assisted by Mpho a talk dark skinned Pedi speaking lady. the i went back on Wednesday for the free make up, they way she did my make it was so bad it was ugly I do a way better make on myself. She app**** foundation, powder, bronzer and blusher. No eye liner, Mascara, eye shadows she didn't even use lip liner she just put on lipstick and it was smudging on the sides I had to tell her to do it proper. what amazes me its that all the ladies who are selling make including her their make was prim and proper. and i could see on her face that she didn't wanted do it, she was doing it because she had to do it. if that how you make up your customers I don't think I'm ever going to buy my make from your store. The way Estee Lauder prides themselves they will be so disappointed to see how they were represented

We have liaised with the Truworths store in question, and referred the matter to their Manager to investigate and attend to.
We were informed that the matter was escalated to the respective Estee Lauder management, who together with the Admin Manager at the Truworths Menlyn store, has in the interim been in contact with you regarding this matter.
Further to this, we can assure you that this matter has been addressed with the mentioned Estee Lauder consultant, to ensure that it remains an isolated occurrence.
We however still wish to apologise to you for the manner in which you were attended to on the day you visited the store, and for any inconvenience and frustration caused.
