Madness!!!!!!
This is unexceptable!!!!!Truworths keep on phoning me during work time and even phoning to my work about an oustanding amount on my account. I have all my slips for my monthly payments and its not even end if the month again. I have told them many times now to please do not phone to my work as we are not allowed to take personal calls but still they phone 3 times a day. This can cause me to loose my job. I will pay my account as per usual by end of the month and thats it!!!phone me after 5 on my cell or if this continues i will have no other choice but to take further action.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
We acknowledge your frustration regarding communication about the status of your account. However, according to our records, your account fell into arrears when it was paid short on 07 March 2016.
When customers do not meet their full payment commitments, we contact the customer as we are concerned that the account would incur additional interest for late payment charges. We offer our apologies for any inconvenience caused, as it was certainly not our intention to cause you any unnecessary irritation.
We trust that we were able to acceptably address your concerns, and if you require any further assistance, please feel free to contact us on 021- *** or email *** and we will gladly assist.
