Lying on a feedback
Charmaine has not addressed my initial complaint about being handed over to MBD Attorneys. I received an SMS to contact the attorneys on : ***. I have never disputed the fact that i did not pay at the end of Feb my complaint /query is how did i gethanded over without being informed? I missed a single pament now i get to be handed over for the whole balance of R3, 295.00. no phone call was made to me i only got an sms

As explained in the response to your previous post, your account was not officially handed over to an external collections agency. We acknowledge your frustration; however, they merely contacted you with regards to the status of your account and are currently managing the account on our behalf.
We are sorry if you felt that our collections process was in any way offensive and not handled correctly. However, you were simply contacted as we are concerned that the account will incur late payment fees and that your profile held with us and at the credit bureaus would be negatively affected.
