Lost receipt

Good day *Business Name:* Truworths *Review:* I bought a denim for my husband last month only to find that it was small and i wanted to exchange it for something else but I couldn't because I had lost the receipt. I don't want the money I just wanted something else for the same value but they say I'm not allowed so now i am stuck with a denim In my house which is small and it means I have lost my 460 and I even tried asking them if i could print the bank statement that will prove to them that i bought it from them but they still said no.I just want to return it for something else please
