Long queues and nos service
Truworths Kollonade takes its customers for granted. It is month end the queue is very long and there are only 3 cashiers available to service the entire store, strange part is that there are no cashiers at Truworths man yet there are cashiers desks. There are 11 cashiers desks yet only 3 are open. You do know that your store is always busy but you don't seem to care about customer service.
