Long queues

Truworths Rustenburg mall I believe you need a huge improvement when it comes to customer service, you always have long queues with so many tills that are closed, we are in a very hectic month however you still find tills that are closed, like now as we speak only 3 tills are opened and the queue is long, some of us we want to buy and leave I cannot spend my entire day at Truworths we have other things to do and we only have so many hours in a day please be considerate with the time factor
